Are you looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic, creative, and product-focused team?
For our Innovation & Solutions team, in the Commercial Excellence Department, we are looking for a Project Designer based in Novazzano, Switzerland.
The Layout Project Designer supports the increased activity related to the Total Laboratory Automation (TLA) layout proposal, aiming to optimize various sales channels (direct, distributors, IVD). The ideal candidate will be involved in gathering building information, developing solution proposals, and presenting them as an integral part of the project development team.


Key responsibilities:

• Developing solution design proposals for the different Inpeco sales channels (direct, distributors, IVD), from high-level concepts through the entire automation system lifecycle.
• Responsible for collecting building information and laboratory data through onsite visits and workshops, supporting Inpeco’s vision and mission.
• Support the Global Sales team with on-site presentations, front-end workshop preparation, and creating supporting materials such as Power Point, graphics, videos, and 3D models.
• Being part of the project team in charge of tender management, developing layout, 3D, technical specification and reports, requirements answers, presentation
• Support the development and delivery of training programs for IVD and distributors to implement new automation solutions aligned with Inpeco’s vision and mission.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Knowledge of Auto CAD
• Knowledge of Blender or other 3D software tools
• Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Power Point)
• Proficiency in English (professional level); knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Building and Architectural Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Architecture
• Curiosity, creativity, and a proactive attitude
• Customer-focused with the ability to provide insightful recommendations for improvement; collaborative and adaptable to different situations
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Handling multiple tasks and delivering in a dynamic and demanding environment
• Critical Thinking, Active listening, problem solving attitude
• Team-oriented proactive attitude

• Background in automation
