Your responsibilities
  • Managing and controlling day-to-day financial aspects of Datacenter construction projects
  • Preparing and verifying budgets for construction projects
  • Monitoring costs and change orders, variances analysis
  • Managing purchase orders
  • Preparing forecasts and risk analysis
  • Preparing regular and ad hoc reports for various stakeholders, including banks
  • Work closely with all members of the project team (planners, site managers, project managers, subcontractors, procurement)
  • Engaging in professional exchanges and attending meetings with our international clients
Your skills
  • Over 5 years of experience in cost controlling, preferably within the construction industry
  • Knowledge of Abacus, Primavera, Autodesk, MS project and 3D Tools is advantageous
  • Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken (C1 level)
  • Strong ability to work independently, with attention to detail and a structured approach
  • Open-minded and team-oriented personality
