Your responsibilities

Managing and controlling day-to-day financial aspects of Datacenter construction projects
Preparing and verifying budgets for construction projects
Monitoring costs and change orders, variances analysis
Managing purchase orders
Preparing forecasts and risk analysis
Preparing regular and ad hoc reports for various stakeholders, including banks
Work closely with all members of the project team (planners, site managers, project managers, subcontractors, procurement)
Engaging in professional exchanges and attending meetings with our international clients

Your skills

Over 5 years of experience in cost controlling, preferably within the construction industry
Knowledge of Abacus, Primavera, Autodesk, MS project and 3D Tools is advantageous
Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken (C1 level)
Strong ability to work independently, with attention to detail and a structured approach
Open-minded and team-oriented personality
