Ready for Swisscom

With your expertise you will help to shape and evolve our way to new Swisscom Digital Architecture. This role require experience in designing, a problem-solving mindset and in-depth IT, Cloud and Networking experience. You facilitate collaboration among different experts within and outside of your Team and Agile Release Train.

Designing, optimizing, operating and supporting Access Networks Fulfilment IT systems and cloud platforms
Simplifying and automating end-to-end processes to improve quality, stability and minimize incidents and downtime
Assessing business requirements from stakeholders and translating them into system designs
Creating design documentation, assigning tasks to developers and reviewing code and configurations, as well as performing third-level problem analysis in production and staging environments when required
Collaborating with an international team and working closely with other engineers and system architects

Bachelor's degree (Uni/ETH/UAS) in computer science, information technology, software engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Ruby, Bash) and basic knowledge of Java
Design understanding and analytical skills to identify issues and develop solutions for improving user satisfaction
