What you’ll do:

We make touch and eye tracking based assistive technology for people with communication and mobility challenges. The success of our products has life-changing impact on our customers. Our Production and Supply Chain Team helps to further the mission by ensuring our products come to life.

About the role:

We are looking for our Supply Chain Planner, who will ensure we have the right amount of supply available to meet demand for sales, demos and rentals in EUROW (Europe and Asia Pacific region) by continuously analysing, and adjusting inventory levels.

In this experience, you will work strategically with other teams such as Logistics, Quality Assurance and Sourcing to continuously optimize Tobii Dynavox’s global supply chain. This is an excellent opportunity for who enjoys being part of a scaling and changing environment!

What will your impact look like?

Create and perform the master plan of a specific set of items and locations by developing safety stock levels, setting supply plans, purchasing and managing inventory to the required safety stock levels.

Integrate individual plans into the model and/or ERP, including all items that are sold and used for repairs.

Reduce inventory supply levels at the end of manufacturing or during end-of-life decisions.

Observe KPIs and adjust plan to keep inventory levels at optimal levels for all devices, accessories and repair parts.

Act as purchasing agent for applicable vendors.

Track and trace freight of items within area of responsibility.

Recommend buffer stock amounts and set parameters on safety stock levels.

Continuously improve supply chain processes to increase sales and decrease costs.

What qualifications will help you thrive?

Equivalent of a bachelor’s degree or 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations roles.

At least 2 years of experience using MRP and/or ERP systems.

Proficiency in Excel (e.g. formulas, charts and Pivot Tables) and Power BI.

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with different teams.

Strong analytical skills.

Fluency in both written and spoken English in professional setting.

Please Note: This is a hybrid role (1-3 days in our Stockholm office) therefore, we welcome candidates who are within commuting distance in the Stockholm region. This role also includes occasional (10%) international travel to our suppliers and sales partners around the world, which would be communicated weeks in advance.
