About the Role
As an Inside Sales, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and you’ll play a key role in building strong, long-lasting relationships. We are looking for someone who truly wants to understand customer needs and isn’t afraid to ask the right questions in order to find the best solutions. We work with most of the Nordic food industry, so we’re looking for someone to help us discover new, exciting start-ups and develop our existing customers.
Along with our Inside Sales team, you’ll be responsible for entry-level and small/medium-sized customers. You will support them in their growth journey, and you’ll be part of that journey across Sweden and, eventually, other Nordic countries.
For us, long-term customer relationships are key, and in this industry, business deals can take time to finalize. It’s all about building trust and working together to find sustainable solutions. We prioritize quality over quantity – so take the time to understand the customer’s needs and make them happy!
Yes, there will be some travel involved, mainly to customer meetings across the Nordic countries, with the possibility of other trips as well.
This role involves close collaboration with other functions such as QA, finance, transport, customer service, and product management. As we are a global company, you will also be communicating with colleagues in English.

We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and passionate about creating new opportunities. You aren’t afraid to make decisions and reach out to new customers. The phone is one of our main tools, so we believe you should enjoy using it. You’ll also be handling communication via email, so strong written communication skills are essential.
This role involves taking care of many smaller and growing customers, so if some pressure motivates you and you believe that everything is solvable, you’ll thrive here! Collaboration is key, so while you’re driven and independent, you’ll also work closely with others.
You should be comfortable working with computers and navigating Excel easily. Basic knowledge of economics and numbers will help you manage things like sales forecasts. Experience with CRM systems is a plus. If you have a background or studies in the food industry, that’s highly commendable!
You need to be fluent in Swedish and English, and understanding Danish or Norwegian is a plus. Finnish? Even better, but not required!
