At B2C IT Engineering, they are responsible for the development and operation of all IT applications that support our client Business to Consumer (B2C) in Sweden. The goal is to create seamless customer experiences through reliable and sustainable IT solutions. Through innovation and close collaboration, the team support the client's swedish B2C operations and ensure that our solutions meet the business requirements and customer expectations.

The B2C IT Digital Sales department enables online sales around the clock and is also responsible for many of the central services used by other sales channels. As a System Manager within this team, you play an important role where you proactively work to minimize risks and vulnerabilities around the client's systems. You are responsible for the lifecycle management of the services, with a holistic perspective and a focus on supporting the business-critical processes. You will also drive and coordinate smaller deliveries. A solution-oriented approach with a "Find what you need" mentality will help you succeed.

About the role

• Coordinate and ensure that our client's global policies are followed through continuous lifecycle management of our systems.
• Have overall responsibility for identifying and analyzing potential risks and vulnerabilities and proposing and driving measures.
• Collaborate closely with technical experts to understand risks and assess the impact of, for example, fraud attempts.

Examples of tasks:

• Handling risk analyses and impact assessments.
• Following up and implementing policies.
• Setting up and managing permissions for our systems.

- Administering the team's applications in our CMDB (Configuration Management - Database).

• Ensuring non-functional requirements such as security, availability, and performance.
• Overall responsibility for coordinating between different teams and stakeholders.
