Executive Assistant (Sweden)

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

Previous experiences as Executive Assistant to a senior position in multinational companies
Previous experience in an administrative support or similar role
Experience with tools like Microsoft Teams, Share Point, and Office Suite is a plus
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Team player, willing to help attitude and proactive and capability to prioritize amongst list of jobs
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
Strong English skills - both oral and written
Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

Reporting to Executive Management Manager, providing support to the COO, VP of Strategy Product & Offer, and VP of Vehicle Operations with daily tasks, meeting follow-ups, and event planning
Help a leadership team stay on top of things by managing schedules, coordinating travel, and taking meeting minutes
Track actions and decisions from leadership meetings to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Plan and execute corporate events like town halls and offsites to keep the team connected and inspired
Work with different corporate functions to identify and support areas that need a little extra help
Keep the internal documentation well-organized and accessible using Teams or Share Point
