Project Manager (Financial Services, Trading System, SG & US Brokerage)

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Singapore and the US, ensuring efficient communication and seamless resource management across time zones.
- Partner with compliance teams to ensure projects align with US regulatory standards, including SEC and FINRA requirements.
- Proactively identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Adjust project plans dynamically to address challenges and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Lead teams in adopting and applying Scrum and Agile methodologies to enhance productivity and collaboration.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular status updates to senior management.
- Deliver transparent project progress reports, highlighting milestones, risks, and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Fin Tech, or a related discipline.
- In-depth understanding of US financial market operations, including familiarity with SEC, FINRA, and DTC regulations.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, and Confluence.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on fintech, trading systems, or brokerage industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in applying Scrum/Agile methodologies; relevant certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM) are highly advantageous.
- Exceptional leadership and cross-cultural communication abilities, with a proven track record of managing teams in a global, distributed environment.
