Scope of work:

• General administrative tasks such as typing, printing, checking and filing, issuing of items in school, etc

• Attend to all general queries, e.g. telephone and walk-in queries

• Data entry

• Assisting in events e.g. logistics matters

• Perform any other administrative duties assigned
  

Qualification, Skills,and experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in administration.

• Past experience in School Admin and/or Customer Service

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Effective Communication Skills
  

Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025.


One Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7am to 4pm, inclusive of 30 min lunch break

• Fridays: 7am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 30 min lunch break

And another personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Wednesdays, Fridays: 8am to 5pm, inclusive of 30 min lunch break

• Thursdays: 8am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 30 min lunch break
