- General administrative tasks such as typing, printing, checking and filing, issuing of items in school, etc
- Attend to all general queries, e.g. telephone and walk-in queries
- Data entry
- Assisting in events e.g. logistics matters

Perform any other administrative duties assigned
Qualification, Skills,and experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in administration.
- Past experience in School Admin and/or Customer Service
- Proficient in MS Office applications

Effective Communication Skills
Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025.
One Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7am to 4pm, inclusive of 30 min lunch break
- Fridays: 7am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 30 min lunch break
- Mondays to Wednesdays, Fridays: 8am to 5pm, inclusive of 30 min lunch break
