What will you do?

• Hosting a range of live casino games for online players, streamed from the Bucharest studio.
• Overseeing gameplay and results while keeping things organized and professional.
• Communicating with players in Russian through live chat, adding a personal and engaging touch.
• Ensuring fairness and maintaining high standards for every game session.

A thorough 2- to 3-week training program will get you up to speed on all the games and prepare you for success. Once you’ve completed training, you can earn up to €609 extra per month in bonuses on top of your salary.
This role requires flexibility, as shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays. In return, you’ll be well-compensated and enjoy 20 paid vacation days each year to recharge and explore all that Bucharest has to offer!

• Gross monthly salary ranges from €1.415 - €1.725 gross per month, starting at €1.415 with increments after 3 and 9 months.
• You can earn a performance bonus of up to €609 / 3,000 RON (Romanian leu) net per month.

What is required?

• Fluency in Russian (spoken and written).
• Good English skills; your interactions with us and the recruiter, as well as your training, will be in English.
• You are available for at least 12 months.
• You are positive and approach your work proactively and can handle a stressful environment as well.

• You are highly flexible and available 24/7.
• You are at least 18 years or older.
• You have a strong sense of responsibility and are interested in the online casino industry.
