Job Description
- As part of our team, you will be in regular contact with our HR colleagues worldwide.
- You will be actively involved in the global coordination of core HR processes, such as target and performance reviews.
- As an intern, you will support the evaluation and analysis of data using Excel.
- You will have the opportunity to prove yourself in your own succession planning and to familiarize yourself with the entire process from job advertisement to contract creation and carry it out independently.
- We give you the space to work independently and build your self-confidence. Here you can take on responsibility, grow and develop your skills. Your own ideas and suggestions are also expressly encouraged!
- You will also take on responsibility for special topics, such as moderating important meetings or supporting communities.
Qualifications
- Education: Degree in business administration, economics, human resources management, business education, business psychology or similar
- Personality and working style: reliable, flexible, communicative, structured, independent and meticulous
- Experience and know-how: confident in using MS Office (especially Excel), ideally experience with data analysis
- Enthusiasm: interest in the HR world and enjoy international collaboration
- Languages: very good English (minimum B2).
