A glimpse of your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Hosting and presenting live casino games to players worldwide from the Bucharest studio alongside your diverse team.
• Guiding the game at the table, as well as on a computer.
• Ensuring that the games are played fairly and maintaining the integrity of each game.
• Interacting with players in Turkish through the live chat feature, keeping the atmosphere fun and engaging.

To make your move as easy as possible, the company provides a full relocation package. Your flight will be arranged and covered, and shared accommodation is provided for the first year at no cost. You’ll also receive a thorough 2–3 week training program to master the games and refine your skills. Once you’re ready to go live, you’ll have the chance to earn up to €609 extra per month in bonuses, after your three-month probation period.

What do you get?

• Gross monthly salary ranges from €1.545 - €2.220 gross per month, starting at €1.545 with increments after 3 and 9 months.
• You can earn a performance bonus of up to €609 / 3,000 RON (Romanian leu) net per month.
• Your flight will be reimbursed by your new employer.
• The first year you can stay in a shared accommodation of the company, on their expenses. You will have your own room and share with one or two colleagues. The company also covers gas, water, and electricity costs.

What is required?

• Fluency in Turkish (spoken and written).
• Good English skills; your interactions with us and the recruiter, as well as your training, will be in English.
• You are available for at least 12 months.
• You are positive and approach your work proactively and can handle a stressful environment as well.

• You are highly flexible and available 24/7.
• You are at least 18 years or older.
• You have a strong sense of responsibility and are interested in the online casino industry.
