• Ensure that Internal Controls objectives, deliverables and timelines are met: working with process owners to develop, maintain and review the documentation; assisting in the documentation of internal control processes; assisting in the coordination and tracking of internal/external testing of controls and tracking the status of gaps and remediation actions; and participate in remediation of deficiencies in internal controls.
• Assess how well the business is complying with rules and regulations and inform management whether any issues need addressing by acting as an independent source of advice that ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
• Evaluate the risk management processes, systems of internal control and corporate governance processes, across the organization while providing an unbiased and objective view
• Assisting management in the improvement of internal controls and organization practice: evaluating controls and advise all level managers, anticipate possible future concerns and opportunities by providing assurance, advice, and insight where it is most needed
• Analyzing operations and confirm information through various resources: systems, processes, and people while interpreting reports, data, flowcharts etc
• Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
• Provide ad hoc advice and regular communications for guiding managers and staff at all levels
• Performing the full audit cycle including operations effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations (Code of Ethics, International Standards, best practices etc)

• Proven working experience as Internal Auditor or at least 10 years exposure within Finance area
• Knowledge of MS Office, accounting software and databases (e.g. SAP)
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
• Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
• Delivery-focused with a high degree of ownership & flexibility, quality awareness, desire to identify, prioritize and maintain standards
• Focus on enhancing the quality in terms of accuracy, timeliness and consistency with policies, guidelines and best practices.
• Customer orientation with strong communication skills and professional behavior
• Organized, self-motivated person with analytical skills, attention to detail, to think objectively and ability to work under time pressure to think objectively
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
