• Setting and communicating the ‘WB digital ambition’;
• Managing the ‘Value Stream Digital’;
• Delivering ‘digital (product-agnostic) capabilities’ to enable digitalization across products;
• Driving digital innovation within the WB organization;
• Promoting and facilitating digital adoption across the WB organization;

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data analytics, statistics, financial analytics or other fields with a strong affinity to analytics;
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data analytics or customer research;
• Excellent understanding of data analytics and takes and stimulates decisions based on data and facts;
• Experience in managing large-scale datasets from various sources
• You are able to visualize data using Power BI and Excel;
• You are a pro-active thinker and have strong project- and stakeholder management skills;
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to craft findings and recommendations into the business language for your stakeholders.
• You are an energetic, motivating person who can work as part of a multidisciplinary team and who can also work independently, think and act out of the box and take accountability.
