We are looking for a new colleague for the Senior Sales Manager - Business Information position in Romania!
Job Description
  • Responsible for creating sales opportunities and business case presentation to Coface's new client segment with the objective to expand market penetration and grow the profits;
  • Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions, accurate pricing & quotation process;
  • Large customer management - drive high standards of customer service and satisfaction throughout all areas of the business;
  • Drive product / technical knowledge for commercial use and prepares estimates and tenders in accordance with sales and pricing policy;
  • Organizing pricing sheets, signed contract documents, customer details to back office for seamless new business set up;
  • Complete end-to-end new business process of customer and activate the account
Qualifications


  • Education
    : University degree (preferably economical).
  • Experience : 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales, specific experience in hunting sales opportunities in service-oriented industries.
  • Resilience and perseverance: ability to handle challenging markets (e.g., cold markets) and persist through adversity, discipline & organization.
  • Customer-centric focus: networking, effective communication, and fostering trustful relationships with clients.
  • Learning agility: capacity to adapt and learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Creative & critical thinking: thinking outside the box to address challenges and innovate.
  • Motivation and drive: a strong internal drive to achieve targets and succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken) - mandatory
  • PC literate - MS Office, browsing, e-mail;
  • Professional level English (written and spoken) is mandatory
  • Open to travel;
  • Category B clean driving license.
