HR Admin Specialist

Responsibilities:
Payroll Management
- Process accurate and timely payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies
- Maintain payroll records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Calculate wages, bonuses, deductions, and benefits as needed
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams for monthly payroll reconciliations
Legal Compliance
- Ensure company compliance with employment laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements (e.g., social security, income tax, benefits)
- Monitor changes in labor laws and regulations, updating internal policies and processes accordingly
- Act as a point of contact for labor inspections, audits, and other compliance-related matters
HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Handle employment contracts, onboarding, and termination documentation
- Assist in resolving employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and policies
- Support HR leadership with data reporting and analysis to improve HR operations
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on payroll and legal compliance
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees and stakeholders effectively
- Advanced English level
