Gallagher Romania is hiring a dedicated Flexible Benefits Administrator to join our team. You will handle flexible benefits schemes for our UK clients, ensuring high standards and detailed execution. Cum vei avea un impact:
As a Flexible Benefits Administrator at Gallagher Romania, you will be instrumental in efficiently implementing and handling various flexible benefits schemes. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Handling daily email and telephone queries and requests related to flexible benefits schemes from employees, clients, and providers.
  • Coordinating our clients' flexible benefits schemes, including the production of monthly payroll/provider reports, data analysis, and file submissions to relevant third parties.
  • Completing client demographic data imports and processing new joiners' and leavers' information.
  • Preparing statistics and ad-hoc reports as the need arises.
  • Assisting with additional project work when required, such as manual testing for scheme renewals.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to Data Protection compliance.
Despre tine:
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Comfortable answering benefits queries by telephone.
  • Preferably a University degree in Economics / Finance or equivalent experience.
  • A desire to learn and gain knowledge on employee flexible benefits administration.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a logical approach.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package (especially Excel and Outlook).
