Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead and execute detailed project plans for all Employee Listening initiatives in collaboration with the Employee Listening Deployment Manager
• Design, distribute, and consolidate data collection templates with strict adherence to GDPR and other data privacy standards, while identifying, proposing and implementing enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare and validate survey tools for launch, ensuring functionality, accuracy, and readiness.
• Troubleshoot user issues and provide first-level support for survey and reporting platform, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution.
• Conduct regular reviews to maintain data quality and compliance with established protocols and ensure project milestones are met.

What are we looking for?

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Experience: 2+ years in project coordination, data handling, or reporting, preferably in a global or matrixed environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (Alteryx is a plus) and familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Success Factors is a plus).
• Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
