British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for a Cash Application Specialist in Bucharest.
The O2C Cash Specialist will be responsible for performing accurate BAU work for the End markets with the highest complexity. It will be working closely with the teams in GBS O2C and end market representatives, to ensure the best solution for each market is timely and successfully applied, accurate support is offered for the team members, including, but not limited to, process documentation, issue resolution, process improvement, end market engagement, training/knowledge transfer and a validated control framework.


Your key responsibilities will include:

• • Perform BAU activities for high complexity End Markets;
  • Support for TL for Controls/critical metric review if needed;
  • Back-up for TL (when OOO) for the following:
  • BAU or equivalent experience delivered on time when TL out of office
  • Handle ad hoc requests from End Market/customers/other collaborators.

What are we looking for?

• • At least 2 years of experience in a shared services/BPO/ Finance organization with minimum 1 year of experience in the O2C/Accounts Receivable or similar area;
  • Proven SAP or similar ERP knowledge, Microsoft Office knowledge;
  • Good knowledge of Subledger processes across regions and the impact between functional teams;
  • Validated functional knowledge in Cash Application area is a plus;
  • Training experience, leading onboarding sessions for new joiners is a plus.

• This is a fixed-term opportunity until 31/12/2025.
