British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for a Employee Services Specialist in Bucharest.
This role is a first point of contact for handling the accurate case assignment, replies to HR Shared Services requests using the adequate reply channels, HR knowledge, standard operating procedures, and other internal guides.

Your key accountabilities will include:

• Provides generalist HR advice and mentorship on our HR policies, processes, and general queries, acting as the first point of contact (via phone or email) for BAT employees where self-service is either unavailable or where the query cannot be resolved through the self-service channels available.
• Collects and verifies supporting documentation from employees and line managers to initiate / complete HR transactions.
• Analyses customer requests and resolves where queries require specialist support or issue to appropriate parties.
• Maintains employees' personal records in accordance with policies.
• Guides employees and managers in solving requests using the self-service functionalities of HR systems, including redirection to appropriate sources of information.

What are we looking for-

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant area.
• Experience in HR Administration with an understanding of HR practices and policies.
• English language proficiency.
• Experience with the MS Office package and Knowledge of the systems and technologies used (Success Factors - Employee Central, Case Management System, Knowledge Management System) will be a plus.
• Customer Service - provides services vital to meet customer needs, identifies continuous opportunities to deliver services with a professional result and good quality.

• This is a fixed-term opportunity until 01/01/2026.
