Traditional Trade - Sales Supervisor

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for traditional trade channels, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Identify opportunities for growth within the down trade sector and develop plans to benefit from them.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead of industry changes.
- Establish targets for the traditional trade sales team and track performance against targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize sales strategies.
- Establish targets for the down trade sales team and track performance against targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize sales strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with down trade partners and key accounts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and programs to support traditional trade sales initiatives.
- Resolve any customer issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of van salesman focused on traditional trade channels.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate sales targets, strategies, and performance expectations.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
- With at least 3-5 years’ experience on a similar capacity in FMCG Industry.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Preferably with experience in using software related to sales like Roadnet or In Cube Suite of Products.
- With strong leadership skills
- Results Oriented
- Strong knowledge in customer service
- Clear verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
- With good analytical skills
- Good negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- With valid light Qatar Driving License
Experience:
- FMCG Sales: 5 years (Required)
- Qatar driving license (Required)
- Doha (Required)
