Job Title: Sales Executive
Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager (or directly to you, depending on your company structure)
Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and acquiring new customers for our food supply company in Qatar. This involves actively approaching hotels, catering companies, restaurants, supermarkets, and individual clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our wide range of food products. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Acquire New Customers:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to target potential clients in the hotel, catering, restaurant, supermarket, and individual consumer segments.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Proactively approach potential clients through cold calls, emails, visits, and networking events.
- Effectively present the company's products and services, highlighting their value proposition and competitive advantages.
- Negotiate prices and close deals while ensuring profitability for the company.
- Manage Customer Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and excellent customer service.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to existing clients.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve product offerings and service quality.
- Achieve Sales Targets:
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets in line with the company's overall objectives.
- Track sales performance, analyze results, and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.
- Provide feedback to the procurement team on customer preferences and market trends.
- Stay Updated on Market Trends:
- Keep abreast of the latest food trends, industry developments, and competitor activities in Qatar.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and gather market intelligence.
- Proven Sales Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food industry or a related field in Qatar. Experience selling to hotels, restaurants, and catering companies is a strong plus.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Product Knowledge: A good understanding of various food categories, including frozen and chilled meats, dairy, sauces, breads, and cheeses.
- Market Awareness: Familiarity with the Qatari food market, including key players, trends, and customer preferences.
- Negotiation and Closing Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals that are beneficial to both the company and the client.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and CRM software.
- Valid Qatari Driving License: Must have a valid driving license and own vehicle to travel and meet clients.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with import/export regulations in Qatar
- Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP principles
- Existing network of contacts in the Qatari food industry
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month

- Driving License with Car (Required)
