The Fitout Engineer will plan, coordinate, and execute fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes while staying within budget and schedule. This role involves technical expertise, resource management, and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets for fit-out works.
- Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Supervise site activities and ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain project standards.
- Manage procurement of materials and ensure their timely delivery to the site.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site teams and foremen.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local building codes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in fit-out projects, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or engineering role.
- Proficient in project management tools and CAD software.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, methods, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards in Qatar.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Should hold a valid Qatari driving license
