We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is properly managed and that the warehouse runs efficiently. You will work closely with the warehouse team and other departments to maintain accurate stock records, optimize workflows, and ensure that all orders are processed and shipped promptly.
Qualifications
- Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
- Directing, optimizing, and coordinating full order cycle
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
- Strong Administration Skills
- Analytical Skills, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in logistics or related field
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
- Knowledge of import/export regulations is a plus
MBA Graduate Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years experience
Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Must be fluent in English (writing & reading).
Male 26-28 years old
Any Nationality
Must have a Driving License
Candidates should be available locally in Qatar
ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSPORTATION ARE PROVIDED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to QAR2,500.00 per month
