URGENTLY NEEDED ADMIN
CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY.
We are looking for a dedicated Admin Assistant Logistics to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks.
Ready to perform duties as instructed by the line manager.
Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
Qualifications
MBA Graduate Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years experience
Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Must be fluent in English (writing & reading).
Male 26-28 years old
Any Nationality
Must have a Driving License
Candidates should be available locally in Qatar
ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSPORTATION ARE PROVIDED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to QAR3,000.00 per month

- Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
- Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
- Strong Administration Skills
- Analytical Skills, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in logistics or related field
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
- Knowledge of import/export regulations is a plus
