Job Title: Audio-visual Electrical Ride Technician

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Audio-visual Electrical Ride Technician to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in audio-visual systems and electrical maintenance, particularly in theme parks or hospitality environments. Media expertise is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair audio-visual systems for rides and attractions.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems and ride components.
- Collaborate with creative teams to implement audio-visual effects for shows and attractions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support during events and special occasions.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on AV and electrical systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in audio-visual and electrical systems maintenance, preferably in theme parks or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of sound systems, lighting, projection systems, and show control equipment.
• Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and repair.
• Familiarity with PLC systems and automation controls is advantageous.
• Valid electrical certification or license is required.
• Experience with media servers and content management systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Audio Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications in audio-visual systems (e.g., Info Comm CTS, AVIXA) are preferred.
