CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR ( LOCAL HIRE ONLY )

We are looking for someone who have vast experience in Luxury Villas and residences only.
Handles the supervision of contractors and other staff in the field and will oversee the construction activities that occur on the worksite.
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: QAR1,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month

Handles the supervision of contractors and other staff in the field and will oversee the construction activities that occur on the worksite.
- He will plan, oversee, and implement construction efforts at work sites and report to the construction manager.
- Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting contractors if any.
- Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews.
- Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures. Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope.
- Minimum Experience of 10 years mainly in Qatar
- Well versed in Technical Skills
- Must have in-depth operational knowledge, effective on-the-job communication ( English and Hindi language ) , adept in problem-solving and strong leadership
- Must have an exceptional supervisors utilise to fully enhance team success.
- Knowledgeable in Qatar safety rules and protocol
- Hand working, team player and trust worthy
- Must have a Qatar Driver's License
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: QAR1,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
