Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operations for our facilities. The ideal candidate should be able to manage cleaning staff, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and comply with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleaning staff to ensure that all areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and ensure that tasks are completed on time.
• Inspect cleaning areas regularly to ensure quality control and adherence to company standards.
• Train and mentor cleaning staff, ensuring they are aware of safety and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and reorder as necessary.
• Ensure proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Provide reports to management on cleaning operations and staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Arabic male
• NOC and a valid Qatar driving license are required.
• Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and supervise staff effectively.
• Good knowledge of cleaning methods and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
