Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from the customer.
• Manage the product backlog (epics, user stories, defects)
• Participate in sprint ceremonies (daily scrum, backlog refinement, sprint planning, internal reviews, stakeholder reviews, retrospective).
• Schedule and lead requirement clarification sessions with the customer throughout the development cycle.
• Lead bi-weekly demonstration of completed features to the customer
• Manage customer user acceptance testing.
• Create functional documentation
• Manage trade-offs to meet project deadlines.
• Identify and manage risks.
• Ongoing communication with the Scrum Master / Project Manager

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2+ years of Salesforce experience
• 1+ years of Product Owner or Business Analyst experience
• 1+ years experience using agile methodology
• Ability to adjust working hours to customer availability.
• Fully fluent in English

• 
  Salesforce Certifications (Business Analyst, Administrator, App Builder, Consultants, Architects)
• Scrum Product Owner Certification
• STEM or Business Degree
