Offshore Hub Poland | Programmatic Specialist

Knowledge of Polish is a plus but not a requirement – what matters most is your passion and dedication to making an impact in the global media landscape.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Programmatic Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing programmatic campaigns across various platforms.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Effective interaction with regional teams (Europe, U.S.)
  • Ensuring compliance with Group M guidelines
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaign checks across channels/platforms
  • Ensuring data accuracy for campaign reporting tools and Group M campaign management software
  • Producing daily campaign reports, including pacing and data inputting
  • Providing commentary to regional Media Activation teams
The ideal candidate possesses:
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing programmatic campaigns, with proficiency in platforms such as DV360 or equivalent
  • Openness to learning new DSP platforms and technologies
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for deriving insights from data to inform optimization strategies
  • Adaptability and flexibility to navigate evolving campaign goals and priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Polish is a plus but not mandatory
  • Resides in one of the following cities: Warsaw, Krakow, or Poznan

Programmatic opportunities:
  • Exploring the exciting world of digital advertising by working on various campaigns, including display, video, You Tube, Spotify, Twitch, and more. With us, you'll have the opportunity to engage in different types of campaigns within a single project.
  • Having the opportunity to level up your skills with our certification programs for various DSP platforms, like DV360, Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Twitch and many others.
  • Taking part in campaigns beyond the digital realm, including out-of-home (billboards), Connected TV ads (such as those currently being tested by Amazon), and even influencer collaborations. The possibilities are endless!
