In this role, you will be responsible for supporting FP&A & Accounting teams in their day-to-day work focusing and supporting activities such as validation of accounting booking and orders, reporting of actuals results, sales estimations and prediction, month closing & evaluation and collaboration with business units. As an intern you will be directly involved in the development and improvement of promotion and administrative expenses reporting and dedicated tools.

This internship program will enhance your professional and personal development through mentoring and coaching sessions with tenured colleagues. This will last up to 12 months.

Required Education and Skills

• Graduate or university student in the final year with studies in finance, accounting, management with interest in finance.
• Interdisciplinary curiosity, readiness & need to experiment followed by continuous improvement attitude.
• Innovation & Change Catalyst attitude which allows to question status-quo, initiate improvements, which help to bring finance function to the future design.
• Excellent communication and ‘Story Arc’
• Ability to create positive relationships across functions and contribute to diverse and inclusive work environment.
• Clear understanding of accounting & finance principles
• Excellent knowledge of Excel is a must (advanced formulas, pivots, power queries)
• Knowledge and interest in Power BI and ability to create dashboards will be strong advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving skills and natural curiosity
• Collaborative and energetic attitude
• Polish Speaker & Fluent English
