SUBHEADLINE
For our headquarters in Warsaw we are looking for you as

TASKS WITH IMPACT

• Manage daily reordering across all categories for both store and e-commerce business.
• Evaluate additional order requests from the purchasing, marketing teams, and suppliers.
• Support follow-up on orders with assigned suppliers, working closely with the supply chain team.
• Track key operational figures daily (e.g., product availability, stock levels, order volume) using Relex software.
• Work data-driven, monitoring forecast accuracy, data quality, master data, and safety stock regularly.
• Coordinate closely with the global Demand & Order team across countries to ensure knowledge sharing and collaboration with other departments.
• Monitor and report potential improvements in Relex configuration to the responsible head based on daily business and reordering activities.
• Create views, dashboards in Relex, and perform reports and ad-hoc analysis.

YOUR SKILLSET

• Experience in KPI tracking, report creation, and evaluation.
• Analytical, structured, and team-oriented working style.
• Previous experience in Demand Planning is a plus.
• Fluency in Polish and good communication skills in English are required.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools.
