Sales Control – Major Function

• Study of Sales Control Procedure [SOP]
• Registered all necessary information with regards to the new customer, new product & price revision (Cover master, Price registration)
• Preparation of information sheet for cover master [customer information] & price for registration [Mass & RX]
• Preparation of Price list [PL and MFG system] and update PL master
• Monitor and Control Price verification for all new and revised item
• Invoice checking & price validation.
• Coordinate to other concern section for the registration of new customer & price revision.
• Assist in updating monthly actual sales, budget & order received
• Assist in preparation of production forecast.
• Facilitation of shipment for non-substrate
• Monitoring and Preparation of Quotation for non-substrate shipment
• Support Business Planning project

Management

• Perform the designated work for the assigned area including specific and non-standard work
• Ability to design, promote and adjust the plan for the assigned work or area
• Has the capacity to recommend resolution to issues and concern encountered.
• Has the capacity to identify and resolve issues by recommending and implementing appropriate resolutions
• Perform duties that may be assigned by the superior

General

• Participation on the following company activities
• ISO 13485 / ISO 14001
• OHSAS
• CSR
• Kaizen Program
• Other Company Activities

Required candidate attributes

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business-related will be considered
• Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks accurately
• Ability to integrate and analyze data
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Computer literate - MS Office proficient in MS Excel & Access is an advantage
• Possess understanding or willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively as a member of team and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with other members

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
