The Internal Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for generating leads and opportunities for the company through telemarketing. The ISR should be proficient in database management, email marketing, and produce marketing-qualified leads.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Familiar with the products and solutions of the company.
· Support the execution and progress of the marketing plan through telemarketing efforts.
· Build, update and manage a database of prospects and customers.
· Conduct market research through profiling and feedback gathered from customers.
· Roll out electronic direct mail to target list.

• Conduct outbound calls to promote the company’s products and services.

· Generate marketing qualified leads.
· Set up calls, meetings and presentations between the sales team and prospects.
· Follow up / nurture leads to progress them through the sales funnel.
· Provide regular reports on telemarketing activities, including number of calls made, leads generated, and conversion rates.
· Office based.
Qualifications
· Experience in telemarketing, conducts outbound calls
· Bachelor’s Degree in communication, marketing or related field
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Knowledge in information technology products / solutions is a plus
Salary: Php 20K – 23K
