Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Partner with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The Client Partner will play a critical role in coordinating with stakeholders, managing recruitment processes, and addressing employee relations matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong personality, the capability to handle pressure effectively, and a pleasant demeanor that facilitates engagement with managers and employees alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure efficient stakeholder communication regarding job requisitions.
  • Conduct intake calls to gather necessary information for job openings and recruitment processes.
Scheduling & Administrative Support
  • Assist in scheduling intake job form meetings and managing associated paperwork.
  • Fill in during AM's absence, ensuring continuity of work.
Employee Relations
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve HR cases, labor disputes, and disciplinary matters.
  • Maintain accountability in fostering a positive workplace culture.
Dismissal Process
  • Assist in the dismissal process, ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal considerations.
Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with managers and employees to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Effectively manage stressful situations, providing solutions and support.
Compliance and Best Practices
  • Ensure adherence to HR clauses and policies throughout the recruitment and employee relations processes.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to contribute to the HR department's continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Hard Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Client Partner, specifically in a business partner capacity with HR background
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, ensuring prioritization of tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage pressure and handle challenging situations with poise.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws is essential.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
