Job Summary:
As a Client Success Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing crucial support to the Client Success Department, ensuring exceptional client care and the success of each placement. This role is central to maintaining strong client relationships by overseeing administrative and logistical tasks that enhance client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and an effective communicator, with a passion for client care and collaboration across teams. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Draft, manage, and track client contracts, ensuring timely updates in client files.
  • Conduct contract reporting twice weekly and provide updates to team members.
  • Update client details in systems like Hub Spot, Notion, and the placement database.
  • Maintain the Client Success Dashboard for team visibility and client success metrics.
  • Schedule and prepare for kickoff and launch meetings, including setting up meeting notes and coordinating with clients and team members.
  • Review kickoff and launch meeting notes via Fireflies, draft follow-up notes, and send them to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Make pre-launch calls to ensure team members are prepared for client meetings.
  • Monitor and document client check-ins, sending weekly check-in updates to clients.
  • Update and manage tasks, tickets, and follow-ups in Hub Spot to ensure timely client responses and support.
  • Send general correspondences such as weather alerts, daylight savings notices, and holiday schedules to clients.
  • Schedule and prepare notes for weekly 1-on-1 meetings with your manager.
  • Take on additional projects or tasks to enhance client relationships, such as coordinating client gifts or creating unique experiences to show appreciation.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing, administrative, or project coordination role.
  • Proficiency in client relationship management tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Notion).
  • Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to manage client relationships and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Ability to work US-based hours and participate in remote, asynchronous team workflows.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a passion for client care and teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with administrative software, such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, and experience with contract drafting.
  • Experience in a support role within a people-focused or client success environment.
  • An interest in growing within a client success or account management role.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php32,500.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
