Job Summary:
As an HR Coordinator, you will help manage employee records, support onboarding and offboarding processes, payroll tasks, maintain HR systems, provide administrative support to the HR department, as well as ensure efficient HR operations. You will collaborate with various departments to handle employee documentation and support overall HR functions. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Update Employee list with new hires and terminations
  • Supervise HR system to make sure the employee emails are being automatically created/deleted correctly
  • Manage employee paperwork, such as documentation of DL, SS#, and W-4 forms.
  • Manage and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires and manage the offboarding process for departing employees.
  • Coordinate benefits and payroll assignments.
  • Monitor Garnishments and making sure they match the Court Order
  • Manage and Ensure Accuracy of Payroll on our Payroll Service Provider (Employee hours, Per Diem, Expenses)
  • Work with upper management and our plan administrator on Benefits, Insurance, and COBRA
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.
Required Skills, Abilities, Qualifications:
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient HR knowledge and basic understanding of payroll processes.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR; experience with US company preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; additional HR certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to work US hours, with flexibility once independently working in the role dependent on client preferences.
