Client Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Client Support and Admin Officer to join our team in the migration consultancy sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, has strong administrative skills, and can effectively manage multiple tasks. While prior experience in visa processing or migration administration in Australia is preferred, it is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via email, phone, and in person.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.
  • Assist clients with documentation, ensuring all forms are accurately completed and submitted.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Perform general administrative duties, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
  • Organize and maintain client files, ensuring compliance with privacy and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and process documentation for migration-related services.
Stakeholder Liaison:
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including government agencies.
  • Follow up on client cases, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
Social Media and Communications:
  • Assist in managing social media accounts by responding to inquiries and updating content as required.
  • Support marketing efforts to enhance client engagement and outreach.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in client-facing roles, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Administrative experience in a professional setting, ideally with exposure to visa processing or migration-related duties in Australia.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications (not essential):
  • Familiarity with Australian visa processes or migration consultancy.
  • Experience in handling confidential documents and information.
