Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and consolidate accurate financials statements in accordance with US GAAP, IFRS for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting periods ensuring adherence to established timelines and accuracy
• Ensure timely and accurate consolidation submission of financial data for SEC filings, adhering to strict regulatory timelines
• Lead and support the coordination and integration of financial data from various departments to ensure a seamless accurate close
• Manage the consolidation of financial results, including intercompany eliminations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and internal financial policies
• Prepare and review detailed financial statements footnotes, disclosures and other supporting requirements referred to NAM region
• Ensure that all financial reporting and consolidation processes adhere to controls and policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 3-8 yrs. of previous experience in related fields required
• Ability to exercise independence of judgment and autonomy
• Understanding banking products and financial control principles
• Proven analytical skills and ability to easily connect the dots
• In-depth knowledge of Local and US GAAP. Familiarity with finance functions and systems
• Proven advanced track record in financial reporting and analysis
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Point and experience in preparing comprehensive reports and analyses
• Consistently demonstrated clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php110,000.00 per month
