2025 Human Resources Apprentice (Practicante)

Markham College is seeking a Human Resources Apprentice to continue their academic and professional development at Markham College starting January 2025. The successful candidate will get hands-on experience with tasks inherent to Human Resources and learn from the Human Resources professionals at the Monterrico and San Antonio campuses. Candidates should be university students, or recent graduates of Business, Administration, Psychology or Human Resources and must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Established in 1946, Markham College is a bilingual Peruvian international school with a British Heritage. We are a non-profit, co-ed day school for children from 3-18 years of age. Our vision is to empower everyone to be agents of positive change in Peru and beyond. Aligned with our IBDP and IGCSE curriculum in Secondary, we are adopting the PYP curriculum for our Primary students. In Early Years we follow the British National Curriculum. All of our programs are underpinned by our values: respect for self, respect for others and respect for the world around us.
