Overview: Responsibilities:

• Issue government smartphones, tablets, and hotspots.
• Configure, test, install Purebred and Flank Speed applications, as well as any future mobile applications as directed by NSWC PCD command, on government smartphones.
• Provide technical assistance for users with government smartphones.
• Receive and prepare government telecom devices for re-issuance.
• Maintain inventory and accountability of all government telecom assets.
• Perform functions such as acquiring knowledge and staying current with Do D CAC Personal Identification Number (PIN) reset application utility, collecting and supporting responses to data calls.
• Utilize word processing, scheduling, spreadsheet, Share Point Online, and database applications.
• Exercise interpersonal skills to support customers in identifying, correcting or reporting system and equipment performance problems.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of related experience required. Prior experience in related environment preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Server, Linux, Mac, Apple i OS, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Share Point, Alloy Navigator, and Service Now
