Overview: Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage risk management processes (e.g., methods for assessing and mitigating risk).
• Keep up to date on national and international laws, regulations, policies, and ethics as they relate to cybersecurity.
• Apply cybersecurity principles.
• Monitor and be aware of cyber threats and vulnerabilities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of experience in interpreting and implementing Department of Defense directives, instructions, and policies that provide direction and guidance and applying them to a Do D environment, desired.
• Five years of experience working as a Navy Qualified Validator with the Navy RMF A&A process and e MASS system, desired.
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, with a wide range of professional contacts, including managers, secretaries, scientists, specialists, and technicians.
• Three years of experience developing, editing, & producing technical & graphic documentation for information technology systems, desired.
