Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated SAP Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage your SAP expertise to enhance and support the company's SAP systems, optimizing our business processes and ensuring the smooth operation of various SAP modules. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement, configure, and maintain SAP solutions that align with ENZA HOME’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across various business modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions that drive business value.
• Provide day-to-day support for SAP systems, troubleshoot issues, and suggest optimizations for improved efficiency.
• Configure and customize SAP systems in alignment with business requirements, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Perform system testing, user training, and provide documentation for SAP solutions.
• Support SAP projects from planning through go-live, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper integration with other business applications and systems.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the SAP environment.
• Stay up to date with the latest SAP trends, functionalities, and updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant, with a strong focus on [insert relevant SAP modules, e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP FICO].
• Expertise in SAP implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with business teams to align SAP solutions with business goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SAP best practices and industry standards.
• Relevant SAP certification(s) is a plus.
• Experience in the retail, manufacturing, or logistics industry is advantageous.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with integration tools such as SAP PI/PO or other middleware technologies.
• Strong knowledge of business process optimization and SAP’s role in digital transformation.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
