Salary range: 80k - 100k Pkr per month
Work-style: Onsite + night shift
Timings: Mon-Fri + 7 pm - 4 am
About the role
As a Patient Calling Representative in a medical billing company, you will manage patient communication regarding billing, payment inquiries, and insurance claims. You will liaise with patients and insurance providers to ensure accurate claim processing and timely payments.
Responsibilities

• Handle patient billing inquiries and provide clear explanations of charges.
• Assist in setting up payment plans and processing payments.
• Verify insurance coverage and communicate benefits with patients.
• Resolve claim discrepancies by coordinating with patients, providers, and payers.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company confidentiality standards.
• Update and maintain patient financial records.
• Follow up on unpaid claims and overdue payments.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in medical billing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and claim processes.
• Proficiency in medical billing software and tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive patient information discreetly.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
