Job title: Business Development Executive
Location: DHA Phase 1, Islamabad, Pakistan
Salary range: 40-60k Pkr per month
Work-style: Onsite/remote+ night shift
Timings: Mon-Sat , 9 pm to 6am
About the Role
Are you passionate about sales and client engagement? We are hiring motivated, proactive Business Development Executives to make outbound sales calls, connect with potential clients, and drive conversions.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to introduce the company's services and generate business.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Build and nurture client relationships through exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with team members to improve strategies and performance.
- Adhere to company policies and ensure compliance with best sales practices.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English.
- Strong sales mindset and ability to handle objections positively.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM proficiency.
- 1 year of experience in sales within a BPO/Call Center environment (preferred).
