Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Laboratory Technician with experience in microbial applications. The role involves performing laboratory tests, preparing microbial products, maintaining sterile environments, and supporting research to develop solutions for industrial and environmental challenges. The candidate will work with essential lab equipment and conduct experiments to improve microbial efficacy in target applications.
Key Responsibilities
Laboratory Operations:

• Operate and maintain essential lab equipment, including analytical balances, p H meters, incubators, and biosafety cabinets.

• Prepare and sterilize media, reagents, and equipment, ensuring strict adherence to aseptic techniques.

• Perform routine microbiological tasks, including culturing, isolating, and propagating microbial strains while maintaining a sterile environment.

Research and Development Support:

• Conduct experiments to test the efficacy of microbial products in enhancing wastewater treatment, solid waste decomposition, and soil health.

• Assist in developing protocols for bioremediation using microbial consortia.

• Record and analyze experimental data and present findings to the team.

Product Development:

• Assist in the formulation of microbial products for agriculture, solid waste management, and wastewater treatment.

• Test and validate microbial product performance under different environmental conditions.

• Maintain a focus on product stability, quality, and shelf-life improvement.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Perform p H, temperature, and microbial viability tests to ensure product quality.

Qualifications
