Key Responsibilities:
Laboratory Operations:

• Conduct rigorous tests on raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor production processes and implement quality control measures.
• Prepare test reports and maintain accurate records of all laboratory activities.
• Supervise and train lab technicians, enforcing safety protocols and procedures.

Research & Development (R&D):

• Develop new formulations and improve existing products to align with customer needs and market trends.
• Conduct experiments to test materials, additives, and processes.
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to align R&D initiatives with business goals.
• Create prototypes and samples for customer trials, incorporating feedback into final designs.
• Provide technical expertise and support to optimize production processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5yrs previous experience in lab management, quality control, and R&D, preferably in the masterbatch industry.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Passion for innovation and process improvement.
