Shift: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Night Shift) – Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment and onboarding of new hires, including international recruitment.
• Conduct performance management reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Effectively manage payroll and employee benefits.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations.
• Ensure the smooth execution of daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of proven experience in HR and administrative roles, including international recruiting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
