Roles and Responsibilities

• Present and sell the Company's products and solutions to new and existing accounts.
• Manage and retain relationships with existing clients.
• Develop new markets and improve sales.
• Accountable for ensuring timely communication and customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
• Understand each customer’s business and technical applications, anticipating their needs for products and solutions.
• Identify and analyze key opportunities and threats as they relate to products, markets, and competitors.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer visits, significant quotations, and overall sales activity.
• Achieve the allocated sales target for assigned accounts and new business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable academic institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales of bearings or other industrial power transmission components.
• Proven track record of successful sales performance in the industrial products sector.
• Effective communication skills and an ability to build and sustain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Can work well under pressure.
• With a valid Oman driving license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RO700.000 - RO1,100.000 per month
