In this role, you'll be at the forefront of developing and delivering solutions in close collaboration with some of the most well-known banks and financial institutions across the Nordics. As part of our Asset Finance team, you'll help businesses unlock growth by providing innovative financing solutions for essential assets like vehicles and equipment. As a market leader in the Nordics, collaborating with some of the largest car brands and powering the majority of all Nordic financed cars, you’ll play a key role in creating solutions that make these assets more accessible, enabling clients to achieve ambitious goals and drive lasting success.
As a Business Consultant at Banqsoft, you will play a central role in meeting the diverse business needs of our customers, navigating the exciting intersection of IT and business. Collaborating with our exceptionally skilled team, you will provide our customers with expert guidance on best practices and optimal configuration of their solution.

What does the role look like?

• Responsible for information gathering, analyze incidents and conduct root cause analysis.
• Be the go-to expert for our customers, offering seamless support to enhance their daily business operations.
• Run customer meetings, workshops, and presentations, showcasing expertise and strategic insights.
• Drive the configuration and testing processes, ensuring the highest standards of precision and efficiency.
• Participate in project teams dedicated to implementing cutting-edge solutions for both new and existing clients, ensuring seamless go-live processes.
• Actively participate in sales activities by responding to RFIs/RFPs, showcasing your knowledge and expertise to potential clients.

Are we a great match?
To master the role as Business Consultant, we believe that you have:

• At least 2-3 years relevant work experience
• Minimum a bachelor´s degree within IT, Business Administration or similar
• An interest in technology and IT
• Can-do attitude when faced with new challenges
• Excellent communicative skills in English
• Self-motivated and driven by continuous learning
• Strong alignment with our Employee DNA

It’s great if you have (but not a must!):

• A good understanding of business processes within the Asset Finance, Digital Banking or Credit Management industry
• Experience related to implementation of software supporting financial products or other similar business critical system
• Experience within Testing
• SQL and/or webservices skills
